IRAN: NUCLEAR DE HOOP SCHEFFER

SECRETARY-GENERAL IN BERLIN, STRUCK AND MEETINGS WITH FISCHER

The NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, visiting Berlin, and 'said
